Pinnell Photography Terms and Conditions
1. DISTRIBUTION
1.1 Photographs will normally be sent electronically via e-mail, unless otherwise requested
1.2 Photographs are normally distributed within 7 days after the day of them being taken
1.3 Photographs will be distributed in JPEG format, unless otherwise stated
1.4 Photographs distributed by post may take longer to process, and will be sent on a CD Rom unless otherwise stated when ordering
2. STORING OF PHOTOGRAPHS
2.1 Your photographs will be stored on my computers external hard-drive a month after they have been taken
2.2 Your photographs will not be sent to any third parties, however will be stored in my online gallery provided by The Big Picture Library (http://www.thebigpicturelibrary.com)
2.3 All photographs are stored as a reference for both you and me
2.4 If you, for any reason, have lost your photographs, please e-mail me and I'll send you one straight away*
3. USING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
3.1 You give me permission to upload a selection of your photographs to my online gallery which can be visited by visiting www.ianpinnell.co.uk
3.2 Your photographs can be used in your own publications (Flyers, banners etc) as long as there has been a reference made to Pinnell Photography or Ian Pinnell
3.3 You will have access to your photographs via the online gallery which is password protected. If you wish to use this service, at no extra cost, then please let me know. Your gallery will be available for a month, once the gallery becomes available.
4. PRICES
4.1 There are no individual prices set as the requirements for each client are different
4.2 Prices will be discussed with you, the client, prior to the photography shoot taking place
4.3 Prices will depend on the duration of the shoot, shooting costs, and other production costs
4.4 Prices will be mutually agreed before the shoot takes place
4.5 Prices can not be changed while the shoot is taking place
4.6 Payment can be taken on the first day, or during the shoot. However payment MUST be recieved at least a week after the shoot, or on the last day.
4.7 Cheques will not be accepted
5. GENERAL TERMS
5.1 "you" means you as the client
5.2 "me" means me as Ian Pinnell / Pinnell Photography

5.5 No pornographic images
5.6 If you are using my images as part of a publication, please credit me either as Ian Pinnell / Pinnell Photography
5.7 The online gallery can be accessed via the Photography pages on this website, or externally via http://www.thebigpicturelibrary.com/pinnellphotos
5.8 The Big Picture Library do not send your photographs to any third party websites

*This will only be available during the month while your photographs are on my external hard drive.
